Flat Rates – Graphic Recording Deliverables

Price includes:

Up to 5 hours of content creation per day at the event.
Retouched digital versions of the drawings following the event delivered as a PDF and Jpg.
Purchase and delivery of any and all materials including drawing paper and pastels.
Finished drawing(s) remain with you at the venue following the event.
All domestic flights, ground transportation, meals, gratuities and incidentals covered by We Draw Ideas/Barb Luhring
Per day pricing: Due artist time and the nature of the work — which includes considerable setup and post-processing — we cannot divide our day rate (half days, hourly, etc.)
Pre-event discounts: If you book a gig 90+ days in advance, you can qualify for early-bird discount pricing.
Image retouching: We provide retouched/cleaned up digital versions of the images we create within 5 business days. Need them faster? Add a $350 fee.
7 day or less booking fee: A $1,750 rush fee applies to events happening within 7 days or less of signing a statement of work.

Not included in standard fee

Hotel: Most organizers simply add our artist to their room block.
Shipping: We do not arrange or pay for shipping final boards from the event venue to anywhere else
Overtime: Our artist and can be actively drawing / capturing content for 5 hours (300 minutes) and is on-site for a full working day, usually between 7am and 5pm. If your event goes later or requires additional time , we bill $500/hour overtime.
