Graphic and Speaker Resumes
A graphic or speaker resume can help you find your dream job during challenging times or sell your speaking services to organizations and conferences.
Digital illustrations could be the advantage you need to find your dream job during challenging times – engage with remote participants following an online meeting – or showcase your unique talents or services to new audiences.
Barb Luhring’s expertise in visually showcasing your skills, engaging with remote participants following an online meeting or event or explaining a new product, service or concept is unmatched.
From client Greg Stellflue:
“My graphic resume really did help me!
I landed a new career with it.
One in which I am having a ton of fun.
Thanks again Barb!”
From client Laura Kaiser
“Barb is the most amazing communicator through art. She can tell anyone’s stories through her graphic renderings. As a conference director, I gave her head shots and background info ahead of time (power point titles, key ideas, graphics, etc) and she will amazingly work these into a story that comes into life by the time the keynote speaker takes the stage.
Attendees at the conference love to approach Barb with questions on how she does it, and really – it’s pure magic + art collectively. She’s a whiz at self-promotion of her own skills as well as that of your speakers ahead of time as well. She’s able to digitally work her craft into any final form that you’d like for end product as well – really she’s quite a talented genius. Hire her for any conference, full in-house work engagement, sponsorship work with logo, or any work with a speaker that captures keynote presentations.
You won’t regret it!”

“At the first conference for our new venture, Barb heard the sparks of insight and the key questions, and wove them into a graphic recording. Her visual responses during our conversations boosted the energy in the room. Now, her work is keeping us focused and introducing our venture to new colleagues – beginning good conversations for us with those we want to engage.”
She’s a valuable resource that was a revelation to us!

Graphic Notes
Toni Sikes presents “Does stubborn have a bad reputation?”
Barb is exceedingly proficient at analog drawing – drawing by hand. She can stand in front of a room with black Sharpies, Magic Markers and Pan Pastels covering large sheets of paper with engaging illustrations that can later be digitized for distribution to conference goers, the media and other stakeholders – if the client chooses to do so.
The preferred tools of Barb’s trade include:
27″ Apple iMac Computer + Adobe Photoshop
Procreate + Apple iPad + Apple Pencil
Barb has been using Photoshop since Adobe rolled it out in 1990. And 31 years later it’s still one of the most important tools in her digital toolbox. The recent addition of Procreate – an incredibly versatile App developed in 2018 – lets her take advantage of her storied drawing skills on PaperLike film that covers her iPad. PaperLike makes it feel like you are drawing on paper when you use the Apple Pencil on the iPad.
The results of the combination of these digital tools are stunning.
